LG Links Inc. was founded in 2024 and shaped by the founder’s personal experience with addiction, adversity, and involvement in the justice system. Those lived experiences created a deep understanding of trauma, isolation, and the life-changing importance of compassionate, person-centered support.

Today, LG Links Inc. is committed to helping justice-involved youth and adults successfully reconnect with their communities. Through trauma-informed care, supportive services, and access to essential resources, the organization helps individuals move toward healing, growth, and long-term stability.

With a strong commitment to health equity, LG Links Inc. serves underserved and BIPOC communities, working to ensure that everyone has access to the care and support they deserve. Linda Garcia, MBA, CADAC-III Chief Executive Officer, LG Links Inc. Linda Garcia is a dynamic and visionary leader at LG Links Inc. As the Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for making major corporate decisions and managing the company's overall operations and resources. With a potent blend of clinical expertise and business acumen, Linda sets the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction. She inspires and leads the executive team and employees to achieve these goals. Linda excels in high-level decision-making, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. She oversees operations, managing senior executives and department heads to ensure smooth, efficient business operations. As a steward of the company's financial health, she collaborates with the CFO on budgeting, financial planning, and fundraising efforts. A dedicated advocate for equitable care, Linda tirelessly ensures that all individuals have access to the necessary resources for their well-being. She represents the company to external stakeholders, including the public, investors, and the media, and maintains strong communication channels. Furthermore, she identifies and pursues growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and partnerships. Under Linda's leadership, LG Links Inc. adheres to legal standards and ethical practices, working closely with the board of directors to maintain corporate governance. Myesha Alexander, ASW, Board President Myesha Alexander is a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (ASW) who currently serves as the Board President. With over 15 years of experience in the field of social work, Myesha has made significant contributions to mental health advocacy and community outreach, and holds a Master’s in Social Work from USC. Her extensive academic background, combined with her hands-on experience, has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to address complex social issues In her role as Board President, Myesha has spearheaded numerous initiatives to improve lives community health and wellness. She has been instrumental in developing programs that focus on mental health education, substance abuse prevention, and access to healthcare for marginalized populations. Under her leadership, the foundation has expanded its reach and impact, positively affecting the lives of individuals.

Community Health Worker (CHW)

My name is Emma O’Dell, and as a Community Health Worker, my role is to support individuals by helping them navigate services, understand their options, and feel connected throughout their care journey. I work closely with our partners to remove barriers, coordinate resources, and make sure every person receives the support they need to improve their health and well‑being. Building trust and strengthening relationships is at the heart of what I do.
