LG Links Inc. was founded in 2024, shaped by the founders’ lived experience of addiction, adversity, and involvement with the justice system. These experiences created a deep understanding of trauma, isolation, and the life‑changing impact of compassionate, person‑centered support.

Because of this lived experience, LG Links Inc. is deeply connected to the people who are too often overlooked,  justice‑involved youth and adults, individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI), people navigating substance use challenges, LGBTQ+A individuals seeking safety and affirmation, seniors who deserve dignity and compassion as they age, veterans carrying visible and invisible wounds, multigenerational families balancing shared hardship, and underserved BIPOC communities facing long‑standing inequities. These are the communities that shaped us, and the communities we are committed to standing with.

Our compassion for elders comes from witnessing how easily they are forgotten, especially those aging alone or navigating complex systems without support. Our respect for veterans comes from understanding the sacrifices they’ve made and the barriers they face as they try to rebuild their lives. Their resilience, their stories, and their struggles fuel our mission.

Our work extends beyond individual support. We believe that real change requires systems that understand the realities of the people they serve. Too many policies were built without considering the lived experiences of those most affected. By elevating community voices, sharing lived experience, and supporting efforts that promote fairness, access, and accountability, LG Links Inc. contributes to the push for policies that create lasting, meaningful change.

Linda is a dedicated advocate for removing barriers, expanding access, and creating meaningful opportunities for underserved populations. Myesha Alexander, LCSW, Board President Myesha Alexander, LCSW, is a dedicated leader with over 15 years of experience in mental health advocacy and community outreach. As Board President, she guides key initiatives that expand access to care, strengthen community wellness, and support marginalized populations. Her clinical expertise and commitment to equity continue to shape impactful, community‑centered services.

She assists individuals and families navigating complex health and social systems, especially those affected by justice involvement, housing instability, and behavioral health challenges. Her trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach helps build trust, strengthen resilience, and connect people to essential resources. Scott Hernandez, Case Manager As your Case Manager, I’m here to support you through every step of your journey. My role is to advocate for your needs, help you access the right resources, and make sure you feel informed and supported along the way. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your story, and working together to build a path forward that feels right for you. You’re not doing this alone — I’m here to help you move toward stability and success.

Community Health Worker (CHW)

My name is Emma O’Dell, and as a Community Health Worker, I support individuals by helping them navigate services, understand their options, and stay connected throughout their care journey. I work with partners to remove barriers, coordinate resources, and ensure each person receives the support they need. Building trust and strong relationships is at the heart of my work.
